Terms and Conditions

About these terms
These terms apply to your use of medsumits2026.com and to the remote administrative support provided by DEEP SHIKHA (“I”, “me”) to you, the client. Business address: Office 397, 36th Floor, Tower 1, Spaze I Tech, Sector 49, Gurugram, Haryana 122018. Email: info@medsumits2026.com.
If your written proposal says something different from these terms on a particular point, the proposal applies to that point.
The service
medsumits2026.com provides remote administrative support for routine office tasks: inbox and email management, calendar and scheduling, document preparation and formatting, data entry and record keeping, online research, file organisation, meeting notes and follow-up tracking, and other routine office tasks agreed in writing, as described on the Services page. All work is carried out remotely using online tools.
Enquiries, proposals and agreement
Sending an enquiry is free and creates no agreement or obligation. If the work suits the service, you receive a written proposal describing the tasks, estimated hours, fees, billing, working hours, updates, the access needed and how to change, pause or end the arrangement.
An agreement exists only once you accept the proposal in writing, for example by email.
Fees and payment
Fees, currency, billing frequency and payment due dates are set out in your proposal. No prices are published and no payments are taken on this website. Any change to fees is agreed with you in writing before it applies.
Your responsibilities
- Give clear instructions and the information the work needs, and say promptly if anything changes.
- Grant only access that you are entitled to grant, and keep your own accounts secure.
- Check and approve work where your approval is needed, such as messages sent in your name.
- Make sure the tasks you request, and any personal information you share, are lawful for you to request and share.
- Pay invoices as set out in your proposal.
Access and confidentiality
Information and access you provide are used only for the agreed work and kept confidential, unless you agree otherwise or the law requires disclosure. Access should be granted through delegated or shared permissions wherever possible, and you can change or remove it at any time.
When the work ends, anything that belongs to you is returned or deleted, except records that must be kept by law. A separate confidentiality agreement can be arranged before work begins if you need one.
What the service does not include
The service does not include legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical or immigration advice; work in person; signing contracts, making payments or entering into commitments on your behalf; or any task that is unlawful, misleading or harmful, such as unsolicited bulk email or fake reviews. I may decline or stop any task in these categories.
Changing, pausing or ending the work
Either of us can change, pause or end the arrangement by email, with the notice stated in your proposal or, if none is stated, with reasonable notice. Work completed up to the end date is charged as agreed. The Cancellation and Refund Policy explains how advance payments are handled.
Responsibility for the work
The work is carried out with reasonable care and skill. If something goes wrong because of a mistake on my part, please say so promptly and it will be corrected at no extra cost.
I am not responsible for losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information or instructions, by decisions you make using the work, by the failure of third-party tools and services, or by events outside reasonable control. As far as the law allows, my total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific work that gave rise to it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Use of this website
The website gives general information about the service. Its text, design and images belong to DEEP SHIKHA unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Please do not misuse the website, for example by interfering with its operation or sending automated submissions through the form. See also the Disclaimer.

Any product names mentioned in correspondence belong to their owners and are used only to describe the tools involved.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana, have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any mandatory protection you have under the law of the country where you live.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect a proposal you have already accepted unless we agree otherwise in writing. Questions: info@medsumits2026.com.
